Hello there, I am Barbie.

This is my Hair story. So far, 20 years in the making. I’m an intuitive handcrafter and dedicated to a life long journey of learning. My skill set includes having artful eye, perfectionist, and driven passion, as well as a good listener and communicator. My career path has lead me to positions as a salon/education manager, a national color educator, a freelancer, a salon owner, and now a private studio owner. Most recently, I became a licensed cosmetology instructor and soon an AA in the arts. I strive for superb customer service and execute a personalized professional service. All services are performed with top salon professional products that are environmentally sustainable, cruelty free, gluten free, and vegan. I am always looking to meet a new smiling face. When I am not creating something with my hands, I have four other creations I am proud of. They are my children. I love you, Babies. I enjoy staying well rounded and cultured, so I am drawn to nature, music, theater, traveling, fashion, animals, food, and pretty much any kind of adventure! I love being sociable and exploring new experiences… it all about learning.. and loving life.. and each other.

GlenDale Arts comes from my Grandfather Glen Dale who since has passed. He was a handcrafter with a heart of gold and a laugh that you will never forget.
